AKKAMAAN Weight Loss Program
Goals with my weight loss program:

  • Feel healthier
  • Get in better physical shape
  • Be 175 lbs or less 30th of june 2010
  • Not have to take beta blocker, Atenolol, for blood pressure
  • Increase flexibilty and strenghten muscles for a better posture
  • Be able to perform 2-3 day mountain hikes with backpack
  • Be an inspiration for Tess, my wife

  • Long walking Kaiser, our German Shepherd Dog

  • A few projects outside our house
  • Educate myself about a new healthier diet, that will last a life time
