Goals with my weight loss program:

| - Not have to take beta blocker, Atenolol, for blood pressure
| - Increase flexibilty and strenghten muscles for a better posture
| - Be able to perform 2-3 day mountain hikes with backpack
| - Be an inspiration for Tess, my wife
